Americas RV & Boat Store online catalog prices are in U.S. currency. Payment must be made by credit card . The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you are charged. Prices in Americas RV & Boat Store Web Store are in effect until they are removed from the page unless otherwise noted.

Sales Tax:
Sales Tax will be added where applicable.

Shipping and Handling:
All in-stock merchandise will be shipped via “standard delivery” carrier within 48 hours of receipt of order. Any out of stock items at the time of order will be immediately brought to the customer’s attention via return email. Shipping costs are reflected in the table below:

NOTE: We ship only within the Continental United States.

*Express delivery cannot be delivered to a post office address.

Return/Refund Policy:
As always, your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with any item, return it to our store within 15 days of your order for an exchange or a refund of its purchase price. Shipping Costs are not refundable. Returned items may be shipped or carried to the store. For your protection, we recommend that you insure any returned items. Note: Shipping costs for all returns are the responsibility of the customer. We ask that returned products be in like-new condition, with their original packaging and instructions.

Return/Refund Instructions:
Using your printer, print the Return Information Sheet and provide the requested information. Carefully pack the items to be returned along with the original packing slip and the completed Return Information Sheet and send them to the dealer whose web site your purchased the items on, Please allow one to two statements for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to cancelorder@processcenterintl.com, or call on our business phone at 480-344-4099.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

Warranty Policy

Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Warranty Procedure
We suggest you contact our tech support team first by posting a question in our Help Desk to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. Then make an online return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. See Return Policy for more details. No phone call or email is necessary!

30-Day Warranty
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.

Out of Stock Policy
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
